Yes. Setting a Sender ID is very simple with VOODOO. You can set your sender ID when you create your WebSMS campaign, and you can also add sender IDs through your account page. Multiple sender IDs can be saved to your account to use when required.

You can use up to 11 alphanumeric characters within your sender ID or 15 if it is solely a numeric sender ID.

Many networks require your Sender ID to be three characters or longer and will block any sender ID less than this, so we would recommend to use over four characters.

If you purchase a VMN (Virtual Mobile Number) then this will appear automatically as a sender ID in any drop-down menus where you can select the sender.

As you can see in the example below, it is an excellent tool to quickly identify yourself to your customers

It is also worth knowing that we support spaces and full stops however some networks do not support these and will remove them from your messages that you send out.
