What is a credit?

Reporting

VOODOO SMS offers a full reporting suite that allows you to track the success of your SMS campaigns within the portal. To access your reports simply follow these steps: Step 1: Click Reports > SMS Logs Step 2: If sending via Web SMS, click on the icon under the 'Status' section to see the report at a more granular level. How do I add credits?

To add credits to your account, you will need to be logged in to the portal https://www.voodoosms.com/login. Once you have logged in, click on the ‘Add Credits’ link on the upper right of the portal. On the ‘Add Credits’ button, input the amount of credits you’d like to purchase and choose the payment method you wish to use. The total cost will be shown on the right side of the page. When you are happy, simply choose ‘Pay Now’.

How do I add a contact?

In VOODOO, all of your contacts must belong to a contact list. A contact list can hold thousands of contacts, or it can have just one. And whether you want to upload a single contact or thousands of contacts in one go, VOODOO makes it really simple. Just follow the steps below: Step 1: Click Contacts > Contacts Step 2: Click on the ‘Create New’ button Step 3: Give your new contact list a name so you can easily identify it Step 4: Select the method you want to use to upload your contacts

How do I register for an account with VOODOO?

To register for an account with Voodoo, please visit https://www.voodoosms.com/register Here you can input your personal details & create a VOODOO account (All information provided is covered under GDPR, we will NEVER share your personal information with third party suppliers). After completing your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you to complete the sign up.

Can I receive an SMS reply?

Yes! With VOODOO you can receive replies (also known as ‘Inbound SMS’) to your campaigns. All the responses to your campaigns will come to a dedicated Inbox within your account. To receive replies to your campaign, you will need to add a Virtual Mobile Number (VMN) to your account. Once the number has been applied to your account you can set the number as your Sender ID within your campaign, and this will allow your recipients to simply hit ‘Reply’ to send a message to that number.  Once sent,
