We are now officially ISO 27001 (UKAS) certified!

We have always taken data security seriously, and now our ISO 27001 certification proves this. It has been a great team effort over the last year and we will continue to work hard to maintain this high standard.

So, what does this mean?

ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised information security standard, which covers all aspects of security, from our premises and staff to our network structure. All ISO 27001 certified companies must follow an Information Security Management System (ISMS), which is a framework of policies and procedures to protect customer, supplier and company data to the highest standard. Our ISMS is audited annually by an independent third party.

Not all certificates are equal, and our ISO 27001 certification is UKAS accredited. Accreditation by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) is accepted across the world as adhering to the highest standards as they are appointed by the government to be the sole agency to assess the competence of organisations; they are the gold standard for ISO certifications. Some companies will opt to obtain their certification from other testing bodies as there is a lower threshold applied, and these non-UKAS certificates are often not accepted by suppliers.

You can now use Dynamic Data fields on the API!

Similar to how dynamic data and fields are managed in your dynamic contact lists, this time you supply your data in a curly bracket, for example: {first name}. You can use up to 7 Dynamic fields in your message. To start using dynamic data, you must supply a new dynamic_data object as a parameter and then create your own custom data. Please click here for a detailed guide and examples!
