Here at Voodoo SMS, we have always been transparent and compliant when it comes to processing data, but we have made some changes to our internal procedures to make sure that we are a GDPR compliant SMS provider.
This includes but is not limited to changes to our policies including a data processing agreement, changes to our sign up process and an assessment of all the data that we hold to ensure it is no more than necessary. More information can be found here
For our customers, we are the data processor and you are the data controller, meaning that you determine the purpose and means of the processing of that data. It is your responsibility to ensure the data that is uploaded to our platform is GDPR compliant, along with the content of the messages.
