The past few months have been super busy for the Voodoo SMS team. We’ve been working tirelessly to bring you several brand new features. Whilst we know our service is the best around, we’re not resting on our laurels; we’re always working to make things bigger and even better, so in this months blog, you’ll find out what you can expect to see over the coming weeks.

Portal Declutter

We’ve been listening to our customer’s feedback and implemented a series of small changes. You’ll notice that we’ve brightened up the portal and simplified the navigation menu, but don’t worry! Everything you had previously is still there. A full list of the changes can be found here. We’re continuing to work hard to bring yet more improvements to the portal to further enhance your user experience, so keep an eye out for more exciting updates!

Emojis 🎉📱

You’ve asked, we’ll deliver! We’re really excited to announce the introduction of Emojis into the Voodoo SMS platform. Emojis have become an integral part of how we communicate, the ‘Tears of Joy’ 😂 emoji alone has been used over 15 billion times! 😱 Not only are these a fantastic way to jazz up your campaigns, but emojis have also been proven to boost engagement levels, click-through rates, open rates and also give your messages that little extra ‘oomph’ needed to excite or persuade 😃👌

Call and Contact Expo

With the London Call and Contact Expo fast approaching, we’d like to take this opportunity to invite you to come and meet us and many of the industry’s leaders as we exhibit at one of the top sales and marketing events in the UK. Free tickets can be acquired here and will give you access to 1000 cutting-edge exhibitors, 500 educational seminars and 200 interactive masterclasses. Why not make your way to see us at stand 170 to participate in our champagne prize draw, Nintendo Switch tournament, and of course, the all-important free pen giveaway! We look forward to seeing you!
